The benefits of our remedies

Raw and unfiltered, which means nothing was heated out of it and nothing was strained away. This is honey the way the hive made it, with the pollen, enzymes, and character left in. Use it in tea, over yogurt, in baking, in a marinade, or straight from the spoon. Honey is a natural antioxidant with a long history of use both inside the kitchen and outside of it. Crystallization is normal and a sign the honey is genuinely raw. Warm the jar gently and it returns to liquid.
Use anywhere sweetness belongs: tea, coffee, baking, cooking, smoothies, and dressings. Can also be applied externally. If the jar crystallizes, set it in warm water to soften.
Do not feed honey to infants under 12 months due to the risk of infant botulism. Not for use by anyone with a known bee or pollen allergy. If applying externally, patch test first and discontinue if irritation develops. Keep out of reach of children.
Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

Raw means it was never heated. Unfiltered means it was never strained. The pollen, enzymes, and character the hive put in are still there.

Our honey is gathered from hives we work with directly, harvested in small batches and jarred without heating or straining, so each jar carries the character of the season it was collected in.
