Facial work from the outside and the inside of the mouth, where the jaw holds most of what the day hands it.

Buccal massage works the face from two directions. Part of the session is external, across the cheeks, temples and jawline. Part of it is intraoral, with gloved hands working the muscles inside the mouth that most bodywork never reaches. Those muscles do a great deal of quiet work through the day: chewing, speaking, holding an expression, clenching through a long afternoon.
Slower and more deliberate than a standard facial. The intraoral portion is unfamiliar the first time and most people settle into it within a few minutes. Pressure is adjusted throughout, and you can pause at any point.
Come with a clean face if you can and bring something to tie your hair back. Everything else is provided.
Tell us beforehand about recent dental work, orthodontics, cold sores, or any jaw injury, so the session can be adjusted or moved to another date.
