What the session involves

NeuroVIZR is a wearable light and sound device. You recline with it resting over your eyes and headphones on, and a chosen program plays patterned light through closed eyelids alongside matched audio. Programs run in short cycles rather than one long stretch.

What it feels like

Most people describe it as vivid and absorbing. Color and shape appear behind closed eyes and shift with the sound. There is nothing to follow along with and nothing to get right. The program ends on its own.

How a visit runs

• A short conversation about pace and which program suits the day.
• You settle in reclined, under a blanket, in a dim room.
• The program runs uninterrupted.
• Time afterward to sit quietly before heading back out.

First-time visitors usually start with a shorter program. Mention it when you book.

Good to know

Flashing light does not suit everyone. If you have a seizure disorder, a history of photosensitivity, or you are pregnant, speak with your doctor before booking and tell us what they advise when you arrive.
